Aren't the rights to the first three up for grabs? (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead)? That's how come there's been so many terrible remakes and spinoffs, cause nobody actually owns the rights to them because George Romero is a Marxist.
So you think they would be free on every streaming device. But how streaming devices work is stupid.
