Mike spoiled the whole series for me but he has some theories on how the series is going to end, they are wicked but don't read if you want major spoilers At the end of the last book George RR Martin makes it seem like Jamie Lannister, Stannis and Jon Snow are all dead. Yet he said in an interview that one of them is still alive. In the same book it comes out that Ned isn't Jon Snow's father, and that is father is actually one of the Targareans. This makes him Danny's cousin and it means he might have Dragon Blood in him. Also, the Red Woman is by Jon Snow when he died. Since Stannis also dies shortly before this to Ramses Bolton, it's possible she brings back Jon Snow as the new Warrior of Light. Also, Bran is with the whitewalkers now, so it's possible Bran and Jon Snow could team up. Then, the finale will be Danny and her army of sea warriors and dragons vs. Regenerated Jon Snow and his army of Whitewalkers, creatures of the North, and dragons. That would be fucking dope. |

I think I'm more excited for this than any movie this summer.
Summer tv has been better than Summer Movies for a while, but this year it just seems ridiculous in terms of what I'm looking forward to.
If I had the option of either watching the new seasons of Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Better Call Saul, Wet Hot American Summer or Avengers, Mad Max and Jurassic World I'd take the tv shows.
Charles was right all along. TV > Movies (at least when we are talking about new stuff).

although just to be clear fall and winter movies are still better than fall and winter tv
I'd take American Sniper, Gone Girl, Interstellar, Birdman, Foxcatcher and Whiplash over whatever new crappy shows they debuted in the fall.
also just look at all the movies coming out this year in the fall. Star Wars, James Bond, Hateful Eight, The Revenant. I rest my case.

so... are they going to have a flashback at the beginning of every episode this season, or did they just do it with cersei in this premiere in order to get LOST fans like me to get their hopes up? I would love to see flashbacks of all the other characters, and then maybe show ned stark again in the finale in like a jon snow flashback or something |
