apparently this series will cover different ground than the movie and be about other true crimes from Minnesota that have happened since 1996. And Frances McDormand may return as the cop.

No contest these two shows fucking rule. Hope there's something just as good down the line but GODDAMN i hope Breaking Bad inspires more series like these two.

Season Two is great so far. The Alien scene seemed way too natural to me probably because I've been watching X-files. Anyways, the writing is still on point and the cast is just as spectacular this year as they were last. Kirsten Dunst and Meth Damon are a great couple. The best casting though has to be Bruce Campbell as Ronald Reagan. Also pretty sure Nick Offerman is playing the cousin of Walter from Big Lebowski which is super fucking cool.
