Creator Vince Gilligan: "We say it's a prequel, because that's the time period in our universe that this new show takes place in, but really it's the Frasier to Breaking Bad's Cheers."
OH MY GOD THAT SOUNDS FANTASTIC.

Series officially in the works. Will be one hour comedy with some drama involved. Will contain cameos from several Breaking Bad characters and Vince Gilligan says we may see certain things happen in the prequel that were hinted at in Breaking Bad, including the rise of Gus Fring.
FUCK THIS SOUNDS AWESOME, IT'S LIKE BREAKING BAD WILL NEVER HAVE LEFT.

Self-professed Breaking Bad fan Anthony Hopkins has joined the pilot for this, presumably playing Saul's original boss.
Awesome.

Netflix signed an exclusive deal for this so that the first season of this will be on Netflix immediately after it airs.

Delayed to Summer 2015. Not really a surprise there. What is a surprise is that the entire Breaking Bad writing staff is returning, with the exception of the dudes that went to make their own shows. First official image of Odenkirk with Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould:

So Rian Johnson might take a break from Star Wars to direct an episode of this.
Is this the most hyped up series in existence? Seriously what show is going to live up to this much hype.

This was good. Probably only really entertaining if you watched Breaking Bad though. I loved the fucking the severed head shit. Can't wait for tonight's second episode. TUCO! Tight tight tight yo.

Second episode was just as good as the first.
According to Playstation Network Charles is still at Leo's meaning he missed this. LOL and I bet he forgot to record both episodes.
On one hand it's funny because of how excited he was for this, on the other hand it's sad because now I have nobody to talk to this show about.
Thankfully it's supposed to be on Netflix right after the first season is over, so I can talk to Jerry about it then.
If you're a Breaking Bad fan this show is a must watch. Otherwise, it's still entertaining but you won't get a lot of the references.

The guy who works for Tuco is the same actor who plays Vaas in Far Cry 3. He also plays Vic in Orphan Black. Great actor.
